Being a call center operator at Boston City Campus, helped me demonstrate my strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assist and communicate effectively with clients.  (January 2015- January 2016)

I hold a Certification in Supply Chain Management, a National Diploma in Network Systems, a Certificate in Project Management, and Specialized training in Sage Pastel Accounting.
