An accounting graduate, currently working as a funeral claims' administrator. Determined, a multitasker, team leader, ambitious, a perfectionist and attentive to detail. Young and willing to expand my career in the funeral and life insurance industry.

I began as an intern for 5 months and I am currently now employed by STANGEN (King Price Life) as a claims administrator from the 1st of December 2021. My duties are, but not limited to, attending to inbound and outbound calls, servicing clients. From April 2022 I was promoted to a Claims Assessor with duties of assessment of funeral claims from African Bank, Multi Life (A product of STANGEN), assessing Credit Life claims and Group Scheme's such as EmpowerFin, Thusano Help U, Legacy Risk (such as Baroka Funerals and Motsisi Funerals) etc. I have the responsibility of verifying the validity of a claim, making a decision and processing payments of valid claims.

Matriciulated in 2017 at Hoerskool Pretoria-Wes with a Bachelors degree. Continued to study at the Tshwane University of Technology for a National Higher Certificate in Accounting from 2018 - 2019, I further added a National Diploma in Accounting and completed it in March 2021.
