I have an IT Career spanning 19 years of that I have 11 years managing teams and client management. 7 years experience in building IT Client business cases and onboarding customers as the likes of ABSA, SBSA, Capitec, Shoprite, Motus, Woolworth, and Mercedes Benz. Clients with devices as many as five thousand devices across the country.

I have had the pleasure of managing teams that comprised of international team players specifically Switzerland, Lexington Budapest, and South Africa. 

I have demonstrated my experience and expertise in client interaction problem ownership and most importantly galvanizing the team toward resolving emergent day-to-day issues. I was tasked with leading a dynamic team of support services ranging from desktop services to infrastructure support driven by my passion to resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction.
