I am a CompTIA A+ technician holding Microsoft Certified Profession, Microsoft Certified Solution Associate, Microsoft Technology Associate Networking Fundamentals, Microsoft Technology Associate Security Fundamentals and Microsoft Technology Associate Windows Server Administrator. I am currently holding a Diploma in Information Technology that was issued at PC Training and Business College. I have more than seven years experience in ICT field. I have worked as a field service engineer for one year, windows server administrator for four months and currently working as an IT Cyber Cadet.

• Assist library users on how to do electronic information searches on CD and DVD, encyclopedia & internet
• Do searches for school projects and assignments
• Create email accounts for library users
• Teach users on how to access their mails
• Teach users on how to produce electronic documents and other documents like CV’s & business cards
• Teach users computer literacy 
• Monitor workstation usage by library users and of all electronic in the library
• Open files for projects, file them and update them
• Configuring network
• Troubleshooting laptops and desktop computers
• Responsible for the installation, configurations, upgrades and maintenance of IT equipment including Laptops and desktops 
• Troubleshooting of Operating systems and applications
• Troubleshooting computer peripheral devices such as printers, projector, scanner and modem.
• Deploying laptops and desktop computers (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10) and applications (Office 365, 10, 13, 16)
• Ensure Anti-virus software signatures and OS patches are up to date
• Support workgroup environment

• Resolve LAN connectivity issues 
• Create library memberships and do circulation of library materials (loaning of books, renewal of books and returning of books) using MPULIMS system
• Processing books manually
• Shelve reading and re-shelving of books according to DDC
• Coordinate the marketing of library services
