23 years of service in the Banking industry. Started as a collector for a call centre environment Inbound & Outbound. Then moved to the Service Equality department where monitoring and evaluation of calls were done also providing feedback and conducting Coaching one on one sessions to improve the services rendered to the customers. Then moved to supervisor level where I was managing a Team of 15 members on setting goals, managing performance,managing leave and absenteeism. General supervisor role end to end process
