About Peterson Muleya:

I am currently working as an Employee Relations Manager for a gold mining company. I have extensive experience and knowledge of labour law and do have the requisite qualifications for the job. I also have experience in collective bargaining and CCMA litigation.

Experience

I started my career in employee relations in 2004 as a trade union organiser and move on to the corporate world to be appointed as Officer Employee Relations before I moved on to be appointed as a Superintendent Employee Relations. I have also held two Employee Relations Coordinator positions at both Anglo American Platinum and Royal Bafokeng Platinum. I am currently holding the position of Manager Employee Relations at Barberton Mines (Pty) since July 2021.

Education

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg.
