I am an experienced ER Practitioner currently working as an ER Manager for Barberton Mines in Mpumalanga. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg and has at least ten years in Employee Relations. 

I do believe that I have the requisite expertise and knowledge required for the job and can make a huge contribution to the improvement of the ER climate of your organisation

I have at least 10 years experience in the field of Employee Relations and have substantial expertise in Collective Bargaining and CCMA litigation. I started my career as a unionist before I joined Assmang Ltd as an Officer Employee Relations. I went on and held the position of Superintendent Employee Relations at Evander Gold Mining before I joined Anglo American Platinum as an Employee Relations Coordinator. I then moved on to join Royal Bafokeng Platinum in the same position before starting my current role as Manager Employee Relations at Barberton Mines (Pty) Ltd

Amongst my qualifications, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law for the University of Johannesburg as well as Diploma in Labour Law form the Graduate Institute of Management and Technology. I have also been trained as a CCMA Commissioner.
