Peter Molope

My name is Peter Molope. I am from Johannesburg and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Informatics from the University of Johannesburg, where I gained strong foundational skills in programming, algorithm design, and system development.

During my internship at Turrito Networks, I worked as a Service Desk Intern, where I honed my IT support and technical troubleshooting skills. My responsibilities included monitoring network performance using tools like Uptime Robot and Auvik, resolving client tickets efficiently, and maintaining a knowledge base for streamlined problem-solving.

I also gained hands-on experience with IT service management tools, such as ConnectWise Manage, and developed proficiency in network troubleshooting, which complemented my programming knowledge in languages like C#, Java, and ASP.Net.
 

My passion lies in leveraging my technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to contribute to innovative IT solutions and drive operational efficiency.

Motivated IT professional with a BSc in Computer Science & Informatics from the University of Johannesburg and a 12- month Service Desk internship at Turrito Networks. Skilled at diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, but also proficient in managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS. I combine strong troubleshooting abilities with programming knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, and database fundamentals to deliver efficient, user-focused solutions and drive operational excellence.
