I have achieved my Bachelor in Business Administration degree and consider myself to be :
 

  • Mature, energetic and hardworking; Good at managing high level workloads with strict deadlines;
  • A person of integrity as well as being able to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters, whilst displaying judgment and initiative when required; and
  • Efficient, patient and highly driven, and willing to undergo training to further improve my capabilities

I also hold an OD-ETDP - Occupationally Directed Education, Training & Development Practice, qualification which includes Skills Development, Facilitation, Moderation, Assessment and Material Development.  I am longing to change my career should a suitable opportunity come my way, as I am passionate about learning and development in the workplace.

My employment background consists of extensive experience in overseeing administrative and operational functions for senior-level management, teams and department supervisors. Backed by my superior communication, team leadership, and multitasking capabilities, I excel at providing exceptional organizational and time-management skills and driving optimal office efficiency and success which enable me to co-ordinate any task efficiently and successfully, together with my excellent organizational skills.
 

With my proven commitment to delivering the highest level of administrative and operational support, I am well prepared to extend my record of exceptional service to an organization. Combined with my desire for change and need for a challenge, my self-motivation and personal academic development, I do believe I will be successful in any task assigned to me. 

Though my current position is Administrator I do believe I meet the requirements for this position as I am and have worked exclusively with Senior management where my duties included calendar management & having confidence to make operational decisions to ensure efficiency in the workplace. 

My intense administrative experience allows me the ability to support my superior, effectively and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder on all matters pertaining to the department, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. I have the knowledge and ability to prioritize and determine appropriate courses of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect the Managers style and organization policy.

I possess exceptional organizational skills and strong business acumen along with strong verbal and written communication skills.  Where necessary I apply strong assertiveness while maintaining a high degree of professionalism always and as well as when dealing with diverse groups of people.

I have developed the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround while also being able to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
