My name is Pearl Shale. I am currently pursuing a MA in fashion design at the Nelson Mandela university. I hold a BA in fashion design degree from LISOF and a BA in design (HONS) from the University of Johannesburg. 

I have experience working in the fashion industry a CAD designer and trend analyst for a clothing manufacturer in Johannesburg that makes corporate uniforms. I designed their corporate presentations, took photographs of their products, and designed social media artwork. My undergraduate years consisted of compiling many creative mood boards, where my love for design and visual layouts began. My postgraduate journey has involved research and extensive writing.
