I am an experienced Campus Director at Inscape Education Group in Stellenbosch. I have successfully driven community engagement, academic enhancements, enrollment growth, budgeting, student support services, partnerships, compliance, and team development. Prior to my current role, I was a Business and Ideation Lecturer at Inscape Education Group in Cape Town where I delivered engaging and informative lectures, facilitated meaningful class discussions, and created dynamic lesson plans to foster student understanding. I have also worked as a Mass Communications Specialist in the US Navy where I managed media content, created engaging visual materials, documented operations, conducted interviews, and maintained communication equipment. Additionally, I have experience as a TEFL Teacher, Business Lecturer, and ESL Teacher. I hold a Basic Public Affairs Diploma from Dinfos in Fort Meade, MD, where I learned about news writing, photojournalism, military public affairs, feature writing, design and desktop publishing, and service-specific and joint environment fundamentals. I also have a BA (Honours) in Motion Picture Medium from AFDA Film School in Johannesburg where I gained experience in producing short films, project and budget management, corporate negotiation and organization, creative writing and directing, and conflict resolution and people management. My BCom in Business Management from the University of Pretoria, where I majored in Corporate Communication and Business Management, has provided me with a solid foundation in business principles. Additionally, I hold a TESOL certificate from Wits Language Centre in Johannesburg.
