Preparedness and competent to work in any environment and situation
I meet the requirements for the post in terms of qualifications, diverse experience in PHC programs including TB program, HIV testing, prevention strategies and treatment initiation and monitoring and STIs. Good in implementation of study activities. Was coordinating IGRA (LTBI) Study with NICD TB Centre in partnership with Aurum Institute. Supervision and supporting nurses that were drawing blood from participants in the study sites.
Skills and knowledge in drawing of blood, Infection Prevention and Control measures based on the studies I was previously conducted on IGRA study among Health Care Workers in 3 selected study sites-Hospitals
(Edenvale, Pretoria West and Dora Ngiza)
Develop study material, collection of Data using data collection tool (RedCap)
Ensured adherence to study Protocol
Knowledgeable and have skills in working with different Stakeholders, Partners and Managers of the Health Facilities

- NICD TB Study Coordinator for study 1 and 2 mentioned below
- I was transferred to USAID LON Project under Aurum to complete study 2 over the period of 6 months. (Jan 2022-Dec 2022). Contract ending 31 Dec 2022.
- The study is partnership between NICD, Aurum and NDoH.
- The study is ending 30 December 2022 and currently busy with the remaining study activities-Focus Group Interviews and closing up reports.
