My responsibilities as a Secretary/ office Administrator are to answer and make make phone calls to clients and potential sponsors. Do follow ups of payments, follow up on incoming events/ conferences. Manage daily/weekly and monthly agenda and arrange up coming meetings.

Prepare and disseminate correspondence memos and forms. 

File and update contact information of employees,  customers, suppliers. 

Make travel arrangements. 

Document expenses and hand in reports 

Education

I have no collage or university qualifications.  But was lucky enough to get employment and get training in Secretarial and Administrative work.
