My name is Mrs Pascale McKeever, and I am French. I have been working in the Financial Services sector in the UK, Germany, France, UAE and South Africa for over 2 decades.

I have been working in the financial services industry since 1998, having held senior positions in banks, insurance, and asset management companies. In these roles, I have implemented large-scale IT transformation programmes, digitalised solutions, managed compliance programmes, and led business deliveries to customers.

• Throughout the years, I have developed various strategies related to these transformation programmes, such as implementation strategy models, delivery DevOps strategies, resourcing strategies, change management strategies, and post-implementation support strategies.

• Additionally, I have negotiated numerous contracts with external providers to secure resources, as well as with implementation and services partners. These negotiations involved collaboration with procurement and legal teams.

• I have led the implementation of various systems, including SAP HANA S/4, FI, SAP FPSL, CRM solutions, and the integration of external vendors such as FICO Blaze, BPM, ECM, JP Morgan, FNZ, and Aladdin BlackRock.

• My specialization also lies in implementing compliance regulations into client onboarding processes and solutions, such as FATCA/CRS, AML (KYC, CCR, TCR, etc.), POPI, and reporting regulations such as IFRS 17.

• I am experienced in leading large teams of experts across different domains, including Business Analysts, UX/UI designers, Solution Architects, and full-stack developers. These teams are geographically dispersed, and I effectively manage their performance and provide coaching to achieve the best results. I have a strong track record in building cohesive teams.

• Throughout my career, I have managed budgets of up to £15m/€18m. I have developed and presented various Business Cases to board meetings to secure funding for delivering the business goals. 

• I have received excellent references from across different continents, demonstrating my proven capabilities and achievements.
