I am a passionate Client Services Professional with over 6 years in the Client Services Insurance and Financial sectors. I am currently a SNR Financial Advisor for Old Mutual over the past 6 years I have established a strong track record of tackling and solving tough customer queries while delivering customer service excellence. I have strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and in all functional areas. I am certified in the Class of Business for Long- and Short-Term Insurance Course, Class of Business Investments and RE5 including the application of FAIS and FICA requirements within a business.
