A marketing graduate with excellent observational skills, cognitive flexibility, and a tremendous desire to learn. Effective thinker to ensure progress and innovation, more especially in the rise of social commerce where  a smooth experience for customers needs to be created, I am the the person woman for that, confidence is my innate ability. My passion is developing and executing strategies to promote brands in order to create a new demand or fit a product into becoming an existing demand in the market. I am applying for this position as I am ready to grow more. This position will not only allow me to achieve my current and future goals, but add great value to the company and contribute immensely to the company’s vision, mission and values. It will also assist in improving my knowledge and give me a chance to improve my marketing skills.

I am highly motivated and disciplined especially when I’m in my work space. I believe that in the journey of learning, creativity and improvement becomes a constant element for growth, hence I am always ready to learn, be creative while sharing in order to ensure growth and success. I have medical aid and finance experience as I’m currently working in a medical aid scheme in the contribution and debt management department. A highly skilled individual in the customer service industry, with a swift mind to learn. Always ensuring that I assist customer with a good attitude and good energy to channel the customers good energy too.

In marketing it is important to be a good communicator, whether it be physically or hybrid. I am currently working as a call center agent and with this experience I have learned how to communicate perfectly with customer. I have also learned to be emotionally intelligent in order to handle situations better especially with with customer.

What I consider to be my significant career achievement would be becoming a Chief Marketing Officer, this is because I am the most creative person and I enjoy planning while coming up with creative ideas to ensure a good sale is conducted. My key strength that has helped me so far is simple being a kind, friendly and welcoming person. As much as I love being creative, I always think of ways to better my life and that of others thus I have figured out ways to handle myself when in public and this is also my greatest strength..

I currently don’t have much experience. I have once worked at Checkers Hyper during the December holidays as a till packer and that helped me improve more on customers behavior and attitude, also on how to respond to different customers.
