Palesa Chaachaa

My name is Palesa Chaachaa, i am a young black female, who is  very passionate, driven, focused, flexible, self-motivated, disciplined. I am currently finished my course in Bachelor of administration with Industrial psychology at the North West University, with an avarage of 70-80%, i believe in hardwork pays, if you want something you need to go get and work hard for it, i also believe in humanity, that i am because you are. I have three year experience as a branch consultant, i have good customer service skills, telephone skill, computer skills, typing, sending and reponding to emails, microsoft, excel and powerpoint and i have done part of administrations, filing, letters, compilling, ordering of stocks, contructs, reporting and budgetting. 

I have 3 year experience at company called Findbond Mutual Bank as a branch consultant. In my 3 year experience, I have focused on enhancing customer relations by creating positive customer experiences, Marketing, Negotiating, first-rate sales, and service and operations management skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, results-driven nature and superior work ethic.

I have recently finished my studies at North West University, Bachelor of degree in Administration with Industial psychology. My course entails human resource management, occupational health and egonomics, business management, general management, public administration, Inferential stats and operat research, training and development, employee relation and employment legislation, strategic HRM, organisational psychology, pyschometrics and research methodology, public policy, understanding the world of business ethics.
