I'm  a very hard working individuals who does whatever she puts her mind to with exceptional excellence and I have excellent people's skill, customer oriented, punctual and accertive. currently looking for a change of environment, something energetic and a bit challenging and hoping the platform I'm engaging too will provide me with that opportunity. 

Liasing with clients by requesting statements for customer, solving queries, Managing email and live chat and whatsapp communications, controlling switchboard and reception. 

Certificate in Business Administration in Reception 

I have been with the company Saya Recoveries for 12 years on being on the training department, collections and currently as Administrator/Receptionist for 4 years. 

Academically I attended high school at Lenz Public where I matriculated then when to Pc training where I studied Business Administration.
