Otladisa is 44-years-old, assertive, resourceful, flexible and innovative Security Management practitioner with 20 years considerable experience in the Safety and Security industry specialising in Developing and implementing Security policies, procedures, plans and programs to protect assets, people, property and information. A confident and reliable individual who can manage and coordinate security activities and ensure that all deliverables are achieved effectively and efficiently with regards to safety and secured environment, quality, cost and time.

I have twenty (20) years experience in Security Management environment. Activities include physical, information and aviation security, security systems and equipment. Investigation cases of security breaches and conducting security threats and risks assessments.

I have successfully completed my studies in Diploma Security Management at University of South Africa (UNISA), Certificate in Security Management at State Security Agency (SSA) and registered Grade A with PSIRA
