I am a dedicated IT student specializing in Support Services, with a strong interest in providing technical solutions and helping users navigate technology with confidence. Over the past year, I completed an internship as an IT Engineer in Support Services, where I gained hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining network systems.

Through this experience, I developed key skills in problem-solving, communication, and customer support. My passion lies in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth IT operations that keep users productive and satisfied. Having worked in customer service for two years, I’ve mastered skills in technical assistance, time management, and effective communication — all of which help me bridge the gap between technology and people.

I am an IT Support intern with experience in both internal IT operations and customer support. My background includes providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing system configurations, and maintaining smooth day-to-day IT functions. In my role as a Customer Support Associate, I’ve developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficient and empathetic support to clients. I excel at bridging the gap between technical solutions and user needs, delivering reliable service and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

I have completed my Grade 12 education and am currently pursuing studies in Information Technology with a focus on Support Services. Through my coursework, I am developing strong foundational knowledge in computer systems, networking, troubleshooting, and customer support. My education is helping me build the technical and interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective IT assistance and contribute to efficient technology operations.
