Duties:  Junior General Manager

  •  Manage the performance management process and ensure that personal development plans are adhered to.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels through defined processes (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss action plans etc) to mitigate risks.
  • Regulate customer compliments and complaints.
  • Authorise write offs, breakages, recall and returns.
  • Oversee and supervisory of employees.
