I qualified as a Pharmacist assistant  in 2008 through Clicks Academy. I have experience  in various sectors,including retail,hospital,warehouse and distribution,disease management,etcetera.

  • Conducting weekly Isle inspections 
  • Conducting internal audits on SOP'd and document control.
  • Ensuring compliance to DOH QHES rules.
  • Temperature monitoring and recording.
  • Provide training to staff on any non-conformances.
  • Ensuring adherence to Covid-19 safety rules.

Bongani Rainmaker(MPD) - QA Pharmacist Assistant

  • Checking inbound  stock against a supplier invoice.
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding queries.
  • Conducting weekly Isle Inspections.
  • Conducting weekly training on returns.
  • Partaking in bi-annual stock-take preparation and supervision.
  • Conducting spotcheck on bulk stock and receiving fine checking.
  • Temperature monitoring and reporting on any non-conformances.
  • Assisting Quality Lead with Mapping and  Validation.
  • Ensuring that temperature loggers are calibrated periodically.
  • Assisting Quality Lead with SOP updates and risk management.

Bongani Rainmaker (MPD)- Client Liaison Pharmaceutical Junior Manager 

  • Conducting quality check on Specialized orders and higher schedule medication pickings.
  • Managing returns and credits.
  • Attending Line Managers bi-weekly Meeting.
  • Partaking in stock take sheets verification.
  • Conducting Rootcause analysis, trend analysis,reporting on non-conformances and providing corrective action preventative action.
  • Conducting training on continuous improvement and capturing errors.
  • Providing work flow and conducting staff meetings.

  • Evaluating a quotation pack according to PFMA regulations.
  • Liaising with procurement officers and compliance manager for non-conformances.
  • Writing BEC Minutes, completing the tracker and quotation register.
  • Arranging meeting requests when instructed by the chairperson.

  • Ensuring that the Company adheres to environment safety rules,I.e. reuse,recy le,etcetera.
  • Ensuring that safety rules are adhered to.
