Experience

I worked as a contact agent at Mukhanyo Theological College in 2021, for 4 months. I was responsible for implementing and co-ordinating Contact Centre activities in the organization, while handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. 
 

I am now working as an Educational Assistant at Vukuzenzele Secondary School, signed an eight months contract which began in February 2023, it will be terminated in September 2023.

Education

In the year 2017, I passed my grade 12, commerce stream with Mathematics and Accounting. I obtained a NSC Bachelo’s degree.

In 2019 January - 2019 May I was trained by Promizone Trading Enterprise cc, passed and completed the Skills Programme in Contact Centre Operations NQF 4. 
 

In 2020 July, I enrolled at Mukhanyo Theological College for Higher Certificate in Bible Teaching NQF 5 Credits 120. I passed and got 4 distinctions. I completed the course in 2021 June. I graduated in 2022 March.
