I am a focused and diligent Economics graduate, who possesses relevant professional experience gained during my internship with O.R TAMBO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, under Billing and Revenue section and I was based in Creditors Control and Debt Collection unit. During my internship I have acquired skill on debt collection and implementation of the legal procedures associated with debt collection within the ambits of legislation and also to ensure sound customer relations as well as good internal and external communication. Although my knowledge and skills remain open for new adventures and I am prepared to achieve the desired goals for the job description. I approach all my work with discipline and focus. I am well organized with the ability to manage time effectively. I work very well under pressure and have an ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team.

IDENTIFY AND ANALYSE THE STATUS OF CONSUMER ACCOUNTS AS PER THE PROVISION OF THE CREDIT CONROL & DEBT COLLECTION AS WELL AS THE INDIGENT POLICY BY; Extracting Age Analysis Report from the Solar System and cascading it in order to check the level of indebtedness.
°Schedule and review spreadsheet for all consumers who are due to be disconnected in order to ensure consistency in the application of Credit Control processes.
