I am a mature lady who can handle who can handle customer complaints in a calm and 
professional manner.I have worked at Crisp& Clean for over 6years now, starting from being a 
staff worker progressing through promotion to being a supervisor and ultimately becoming a 
Assistant Manager.
In my current work I authorize all work schedules, ensuring continuous training and 
development of all staff, whilst retaining records for all stocks and financial transactions on a 
daily basis. My ability to learn, understand and master new information about retail and 
service providing has led me to knowing and implementing MS Word, MS Excel and basic 
computer knowledge, without a tangible qualification. I’m able to communicate clearly and 
effectively with reason by exchanging ideas, thoughts, opinions and knowledge with clarity 
and purpose to please Stubborn customers and maintain a healthy relation among staff

My primary objective is to support the 
functioning of business operations by managing staff, coordinating 
operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. I aim to create 
a positive and productive work environment by communicating with 
team members, setting clear goals, and monitoring performance , for over 4 years
