I currently teach English as a second language to non native speakers, and I have experience in quality assurance and compliance. 

I am a current ESL teacher with experience in quality assurance where I was responsible for ensuring that all agents were following company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards. I was responsible for developing and implementing compliance processes and procedures, and for providing training to agents on compliance-related topics. I was skilled at analyzing data and identifying areas of non-compliance, and I was able to work with agents and supervisors to develop strategies to improve compliance. I was responsible for maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and for providing regular reports to management. I worked collaboratively with other specialists and staff to create a positive and supportive work environment.
