My name is Nqobile Zondo 33 years of age and currently living in Ntuzuma E section. I have 9 years of debt collction experience. I'm a hard working dedicated individual who is always willing learn. I love challenges because it always brings out the best in me. 

I am very passionate about helping people to find best solutions in their problems and to releave  their fustrations. I enjoy problem solving situations. Team work is what I do best I believe we can do more and better , when we combine our thoughts collectively as apposed to being individual. I am always willing to put in extra effort add in more effort for an excellent outcome in all situations basically I always try to give off my best at all times.

I enjoy being with people around me so being in a call centre environment just brings out the best in me.Lastly but not least I have good listening skills which I regard as an important tool in every worrking environment.

I have obtained a Diploma inAgriculture animal production and acquired w year experience at ARC in Pretoria. I have also 9 years of debt collection experience that I aquired in various call centres, my experience is both retails, cellphone contracts and banking department. In my years of experience I have assisted customers or debtor to arrannge payment plans as well as set up debi check for their payments, I have vast knowledge on negotiation skills and am surley one of the best debt collection agents, my records can prove this.I have worked at Mbd credit solutions, Vvm attorneys, Daly credit as well as Rewardsco.

I have a national diploma in Agriculture that I obtained a Mangosuthu university of Technology.
