Nozuko Makhalima

My name is Nozuko Makhalima. I am looking for an HR Professional role. A Hard worker and Innovative Bachelor of Business Administration graduate with a specialization in Human Resource and Marketing Management and Hons Bus Management in HR. Currently, enrolled for Managing Labour Relations course with Wits Plus. I strongly believe that the skills that I acquired from tertiary level, leadership qualities, Facilitation and Training, Administration, Advisory and system related skills and the experience that I amassed from my committal involvement will contribute more by adding value in your organization and being part of it. HR is my heartbeat and therefore allows my commitment and dedication to my job and stretch me to reach and express my full potential. 

I’m very passionate and don’t give up easily especially to what I know best and believe in. I am flexible and easily adapt to this fast-evolving changing world with great interpersonal, communication and Presentation skills. I have a vast Technical Knowledge and experience in providing excellent qualitative service and enhancing Team Capability by constant engagement and sharing knowledge. I am a Team player whose’ core heart is in the interest of our clients and contributing towards the overall objective and business strategy. 

I’m fully confident about my people skills, managing ER processes, extensive experience and Leadership qualities and my involvement in different project initiatives which contributed positively to the Team’s performance and turning the customer experience amazing. You are looking at a growth mindset individual, flexible with great resilient skills who doesn’t give up easily but adapt to this fast-evolving world.
