I am a dedicated,  motivated and results -  orientated individual with over 10 years of HR and IR experience in Labour law/  recruitment environment.  I am currently managing an operational field and I am high organized and effecient in a fast paced environment. I would like to further my career in the management field and to expand my boarders.  I provide effective,  effecient and quality work to company problems through team leadership,  strategy,  execution and commitment.  My leadership background will service as an advantage when working on the planning and implementations in the industry.  I work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines and targets while delivering high quality work.  

I have over ten years experience in the recruitment  and operations sector.  I have worked and for various recruitment agencies over those years. I and an accumulative knowledge of the labour law, OHS and industrial relations.  I have manged many different sites ranging from warehousing, logistics, construction,  printing, etc.  I have empowered and trained many individuals to be able to administrate and service a clients. I am able to contribute to problem solving and a senior level with the utmost respect for my bosses and clients. 

I only have a grade 11 pass. 

I had to leave school due to my parents request to work and financially support my home. I have a vast experience though in my job.
