Nothando Vilakazi

The reason for the career I chose is because of the person I am, I see room for development/progress in this world in the government in society and most importantly in individuals. I enjoy working with people and I believe I have great ideas for innovation as the world moves, so studying the Government administration and development course helped me gain insight and see beyond what is available and accessible for communities at large. In my work experience since after Matric (2015) I have been mastering communication, customer service, emotional intelligence, empathy and creative thinking skills. As it's my final year on the degree I aim at being an asset in the Public space and by that I'm willing to volunteer, apply for internships and even assist to mention the least, just for me to work my way up to where the qualification takes me 

I have work experience of approximately 4-5 years and for most of those years I have worked as a customer service specialist and I have been very good at it reason being I love working with people. I'm currently working for Merchants (BPO) as a Specialist we working on an international campaign.

I'm studying with the University of South Africa hence I'm able to even work while studying. 2023 is my last year doing my degree BA(GAD) so currently the highest education in hand is Matric (grade 12) completed at Diversity High School
