I am a passionate, dedicated social auxiliary worker with two years of experience in providing assistance and support to three social workers in the execution of their duties. These included providing care, support and education to individuals, families, groups and communities affected and effected by cancer.

- Identify cancer patients and hand them over to social workers through visiting various health facilities around Durban
- Conduct patients intakes and all documentation
- Responsible for social works’ calendar planning
- Organize venues for support groups, events, meetings and various training
- Recruit and train volunteers who will assist in service delivery
- Conduct cancer awareness programmes including radio and newspaper interviews, school, church and corporate presentations
- Conduct fundraising through hosting events and finding sponsors
- Attend meetings with stakeholders for various purposes such as forming partnerships
