As a Medical Practice administrator, I am responsible for supervising healthcare facilities, ensuring that they are run efficiently. I must fulfill a variety of roles, working within areas of general management, patient billing, facility issues, medical information systems, program expansion, and quality of care. 

I sit in on new Practice administrator interviews, training, and supervise staff, coordinate work between departments and support doctors in providing their unique services. Daily I am responsible for making sure that the facility meets all safety and health regulations. I can balance overseeing daily operations with handling and enhancing the business of the facility. Overseeing various medical administrative duties such as registering patients, booking appointments, and ensuring that all the information is stored correctly and filed accordingly.

• Implementing the practice's mission and strategic vision in a collaborative leadership style. 
• Serving as the first point of contact for patient and external customer complaints.
• Actively participating in planning and administration of practice budget as assigned.

Grade 12 with a computer experience.
