I have over five years of experience in the retail industry, working at Woolworths as a Store Assistant and Online Shopper. My duties included customer service, stock control, order picking and packing, and maintaining store presentation. I consistently met daily performance targets and ensured high accuracy in fulfilling online orders. I also assisted with stock replenishment, product displays, and problem-solving for customer queries. My experience has strengthened my communication, teamwork, and time management skills, and I’m confident working in fast-paced environments.

I have completed Grade 11 and furthered my learning through online professional training. In 2024, I completed three IBM-certified courses: Introduction to Data Analytics, Excel Basics for Data Analysis, and Data Visualisation & Dashboards with Excel and Cognos. These courses strengthened my computer literacy, data handling, and reporting skills, which I apply in practical retail and administrative tasks.
