Two years ago, I completed a learnership at MakwaIT Technologies, where I gained hands-on experience in network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. With over a year of industry experience, I have developed strong skills in mounting accesspoints, configuring networks, and resolving connectivity issues. While at MakwaIT, I earned multipletechnical certifications, including Cisco Cybersecurity, Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA), and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)—demonstrating my expertise inIPservices, infrastructure, network assurance, and troubleshooting. I have also recently completedmy CompTIA A+ Certification. In addition to my technical work, I served as a Cybersecurity Facilitator, where I designedanddelivered training programs on cybersecurity principles, best practices, and emerging threats. This included leading workshops, guiding practical exercises, and mentoring learners. Throughthis role, I developed excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, enablingmeto explain complex technical concepts in a way that is clear, engaging, and impactful. One of my proudest achievements was at the Sci-Bono Discovery Centre, where I successfullyled the resolution of a complex Cisco networking challenge—connecting a west and east network using real devices to ensure seamless communication. I am a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives on solving problems and continuously developing my skills.
