I am a change management specialist with over 20 years of experience in effective delivery of business and people transformation initiatives, through the application of change, project and process management. My expertise extends across:   

- strategy operationalisation,  

- change leadership coaching, 

- system implementation support (SAP/ERP/CPM),  

- leadership and End-User training content development and facilitation,   

- organisational maturity assessment,  

- organisational alignment and collaboration 

- process optimisation.  

As an all-rounder organisational value-creator with solid research, analytical, reporting and communication skills, I am driven to quality delivery in every initiative to achieve successful and sustained operational excellence for my clients. I ensure the continuous enablement and empowerment of other professionals through provision of learning resources and exposure to developmental processes, to the benefit of both employees and their organisation. I have developed a change leadership training course to coach sponsors and their peers to effectively own and drive change throughout the implementation process.  

I am a firm believer in the concept of “each one, teach one”, which she displayed through 3 years as an ABET STEPS facilitator and other volunteering initiatives throughout her professional journey. Her passion for establishing Gaafele TS. Consulting is driven by her vision for youth empowerment through exposure to market and learning opportunities; to build a solid and lasting foundation for transformational leaders of the future.
