Processes and creation of PR, PO, SES and sending invoices for payment of monthly invoices. Making sure that vendor contracts are still in place along with the agreed value prices. Sourcing supplier.

Follow up on the payments of invoices and sending the remittance advise to the vendors to update their system.

Process Administration department journals on Excel using Vlookup.

Process Vodacom and MTN invoices on SAP system on monthly basis Upload reports on SAP system for both MTN and Vodacom.

Log a call for cell phone related matters on the USD for MTN and Vodacom.
