  • Oversee full payroll department in a timely manner
  • Payroll: Prepare input, Process and check timesheets, run payroll, ensure accurate month end payments. Manage leave, medical aid, tax directives, increases, bonuses and all liabilities.   • Employee Admin: Create onboarding docs. Prepare exit docs incl UI19 (All UIF forms incl maternity, short time, etc) Certificate of service, Retirement Funds, Exit Interview, Accounts Recon. Prepare IRP5’s and help with ITR12’s. Advise on tax calculations, and all pay slip queries. COIDA claims.
  • SAGE X3: Prepare GL and import into X3. Prepare and maintain monthly recons for all pay definitions and journal any discrepancies and provide reports to finance. Import payroll. Run cashbook.
  • Excel: Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Macros on timesheets, construct formulas.
  • HR: Prepare employment contracts, Policy Review Assistance (Ensure policies are in line with BCEA.SARS, Collective Agreement, LRA requirements.)  Research and advise on employee benefits and health schemes. Newsletter Assistance. Assist on EXCO presentation. Assist with BEE. Assist with learnerships.

  • Handled 12 client’s payroll.
  • Capture Salaries and Wages and issue pay slips via ESS for weekly/fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
