I am dedicated Supply Chain Management graduate with experience in tenders and contracts management. I have successfully Administer tenders throughout the process and managed communications at all levels. I also worked as a customer assistance, where I was managing email and phone queries to ensure a timeously response to clients. Working with differen people, has helped improve my communication skills and team work skill successfully. 

My experiences include: Attending to administrative functions in respect of the procurement of goods and services within the section through adherence to procedures and systems associated with the City of Cape Town procurement practices. I also worked for customer service department where I  was managing emails and phone queries in an efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 

I graduated from University of KwaZulu-Natal, with honors degree in Supply Chain Management in 2017. My first degree is B Com Supply Chain Management and Finance.
