are trained and equipped to deliver on the brand standard.
·Support and train all team members in restaurants on brand recipes and SOPs. Ensure competencies on quality
and speed are met.
·Takes ownership of training team members and Restaurant Managers of a new restaurant. Feedback reports
available and sufficient detail documented on progress of learners.
·Executes and monitors prescribed training support for COH and Revamped stores, with continuous communication
with Operations teams.
·Successfully launch and train on new menus with Restaurant teams.
·Conduct In-restaurant practical assessments and coaching.
