I am a Human Capital Manager by profession.Experience of 19 years in retail industry, in various roles from cash handling as a till operator to promotion to a management role. I am passionate about bridging the gap between employees and employer, creating a fun growing working environment. I am passionate about creating work opportunity and encouraging growth. I master skills such as Interpersonal skills, enforcing policy and procedure, managing of talent management. I have recently joined the Hospitality industry which has also taught patience and adaptability.

For the past 6 months,recently started my career in the Hospitality Industry at NTC Tours as a Human Resources Business Partner and Office Manager.Previously,for 10 years was a Human Resources Manager at Woolworths, in the retail industry.

Completed my Matric at Dainfern College in 2005,then recently completed my NQF 7 Degree in Bachelor of Human Resources Management at Unisa in 2023.
