I always believe that my hands-on experience coupled with the growing knowledge I gained during my studies and during field work prepared me to make a solid contribution in my career field. Conduct and manage manufacturing improvement activities and resources in line with company targets.
• Managing the Gear Lock department.
• Elimination of waste.
• Driving the business manufacturing excellence strategy by deploying lean principles in line with agreed
projects.
•  Identify, evaluate and implement improvement ideas that results in tangible improvement in productivity,
elimination of waste and deliver the objectives set out in the 4 pillar strategy.
• Implementing the ME system for the Aida Press machine.
• Manage Manufacturing Excellence (ME) data.
• Review all ME data and implement A3 problem solving process.
• Manage and improve 5s in the plant according to the 5s audit sheet.
• Manage and improve safety within the working area and meet safety targets for that area.
• Quality management: Support with internal or external customer concerns raised by the customer.
