I am an ambitious, goal driven person who is intelligent and diligent, an ambitious and hardworking lady who loves challenges and is willing to learn new things every day. I am able and willing to work under pressure to deliver and achieve set goals. I have patience, a good team player  as well as ability to build and maintain good working relationships.

I've consistently prioritized customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs, resolving issues promptly, and providing clear, concise information. I excel in adapting to various communication styles and maintaining a professional, empathetic demeanour.

I attended TVET College Msunduzi campus located in Pietermaritzburg. I obtained an N5 Certificate in Public Relation. The course duration of the course was 2 years.
