About Kwanele Mbebe:
A well seasoned dialer Administrator with work experience in the Sales and Collections outbound, as well as inbound campaigns. I have been working on the dialer for a combined period of 7 years for various financial companies like Nutun, Bayport Financial services and African Bank Limited. I have practical experience working with dialer systems like aspect, Noble dialer and Client interaction Center by genesys.
Part of the duties I perform include but not limited to do
- Creation and testing of dialer campaigns.
- Creating user profile to enable them to work on the dialer.
- Assigning users and wrap codes onto revevant campaigns.
- Ensure effective and effecient dialer operations.
- Reporting dialer related stats at all levels (outbound and inbound call out comes, campaign performance stats, and agent level stats).
- Lias with ops personnel regarding performance of the dialer and any suggested adjustments if need be.
