  • General Admin: Performing office and clerical duties; Electronic and Manual filing; Storing, filing and retrieving corporate documents as and when required; Archiving; Assisting at reception when required.
  • Fleet: Fleet files management; Weekly/Monthly fuel and tolls reconciliation; Liaising and Reconciling with fleet drivers; Updating Fleet repairs and maintenance schedules. Preparation of fleet cross boarder doduments when required. 
  • Dispatching and receiving stock,   Monthly and Annual stock count.
