➢ Customer Service – My previous jobs involved customer service on different levels dependent on the business, campaigns, and customers. At CCI, I spoke with over 100 customers daily allowing me to upskill myself and can work in a slow or fast-paced environment.
➢ Problem Solving – I have been faced with a few difficult customers working at Lindt and had to find solutions to ensure these customers were happy. I was able to get the solutions for the customers and went to my manager for approval. In the end we had happy customers who continued to purchase from us on a regular basis.
➢ Teamwork – I have been a part of many teams through my work experience. Working in these teams allowed me the opportunity to complete daily and weekly projects, whereby I organized and planned goals and targets to achieve. I am a strong team player, and I am committed to always going the extra mile in all I do.
