Experience
I previously worked at Edcon for a six month contract as a Customer Experience Consultant I Logged and resolved customer’s complaints, updated customers’ accounts, activated club cards/gift cards, mediating between customers and the store.
And after 6 months of employment I became permanent and worked in a different department as Debtors Admin and Control Clerk, in the department I was verifying customer’s documents for retrenchment and disability claims, I would send all required documents to the underwriter for the claim to be approved, then actioned customers’ accounts for a valid claim, also suspended services where there were failed Debit Orders as well as tracing payments and Data capturing.
