With my present employer I am responsible for implementing and administering the day to day operations of the Warehouse.  Through my career I have learnt how to use cutting-edge tech platforms to evaluate in addition to this I have developed an analytical mind-set along with a practical approach to problem solving.

• Responsible for managing the receiving of Stock, returns, picking, Checking and Dispatch and overall warehouse management.
• Managing priority deliveries and coordinating deliveries with internal sales.
• Coordinating external logistics companies.
• Manage Returns, damages, Short deliveries and incorrect deliveries.
• Compiling the monthly warehousing reports and quarterly reports.
• Liaising with respective functional sections (Sales, Customer Services) to ensure that customer operations strategy and activities are integrated and aligned.
• Reviewing and improving warehouse processes.
• Conduct Performance Appraisals of staff in line with company deadlines.
• Reporting and following up on all non-conformities i.e. site maintenance, equipment maintenance and employee issues.
• Collaborating with 3rd party service providers i.e. Transport, security, labour broker.
• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the working environment.
• Ecommerce Management, stock, Picking and arranging packing and Daily dispatch.
