I am Nomaswazi, a skilled individual that is very passionate about customer satisfaction. I enjoy interacting with people, listening and offering help or advice wherever I can. I am also a nail and lash tech which helps me improve my customer services and communication skills. I have 8+ years experience of dealing with customers and it's been a wonderful journey. Experience

I was a sales representative at a retail store for almost four years before I went to work as a host or customer attendant at Monte casino for 8 years. I have learned to give excellent customer services thus far and I am excited for new challenges.

Education

I only have matric, but I half studied public relations and communications before I had to drop out.
