Nolwazi Mdakane

My name is Nolwazi Mdakane, A 26 years old lady, hardworking, dedicated, ambitious, and bubbly with outgoing personality. I am a fast learner, quick to gasp new ideas and concepts, enthusiastic, vibrant, honest, accountable and flexible. I enjoy knowledge sharing and being part of a productive team and I am also able to work well on my own initiatives. I am eager to enhance and refine my personal development within the organization, and take on the challenges that lie ahead. I will endeavor to effectively perform all my skills and tasks as required by the organization and maintain the standard as defined by you. Given the opportunity, I will perform my duties with perseverance, dedication and loyalty. It is my aim to make and be part of a successful team that is directly involved in making the organization a success, as I believe that I have a role to play in making things successful. 
I matriculated in 2015 at Lokothwayo Combined School. In 2018 I enrolled for higher certificate in Administration for one year at the University of the Free State, completed and enrolled for a bachelor’s degree in administration in 2019 and completed in 2021. I then got a job to be an assistance teacher at Slindokuhle Secondary School in from 2021-2022. In September 2022 I was selected to be one of the tutors at the University of Free State for Economics and Management Sciences until December 2022. 
With the skills and knowledge I accumulated from the programme, varsity and my previous experience I believe I am the right candidate for the above mentioned position. My goal is to continue learning and developing my skills and competences.
