Nolwazi has 10 years of experience within the financial sector in different departments with knowledge of various financial systems/products/processes, Compliance knowledge relating to regulatory and legislative requirements (mainly Financial Crime legislation), good computer skills, good communication skills and good leadership skills. She has high level of integrity and is results orientated. Nolwazi has worked on different projects, is always up for new challenges and eager to learn.

I have 10 years of banking experience within the following departments: Core Banking (Group Operations Shared Services), Regulatory Processing (Enhance Due Diligence), Group Financial Crime Compliance (Financial Crime Management Unit), Group Financial Crime Compliance (Regulatory Risk Advisory and Oversight) and Group Anti-Financial Crime (Strategic Optimisation and Enablement)  departments. I have knowledge on various financial systems/products/processes, Compliance knowledge relating to regulatory and legislative requirements (mainly Financial Crime legislation) and I have worked with various stakeholders, both internal and external on various projects within Standard Bank Group as a subject matter expert. I am a self-motivated leader who is always up for challenges and eager to learn.

I hold a BSc degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics, Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management. Certificates in: Business Risk Management, Strategic Information Systems Planning in Practice, Programme in Business Analysis (CPBA), Money Laundering Detection and Investigation, Introduction to SQL, PivotTable and Dashboard Reporting, Project Management, Implementing and Using Relational Databases
